Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your tour date(s) with Sydney Privé.
We kindly encourage payment via bank transfer or cash, which helps us avoid merchant processing fees and continue offering personalised, boutique experiences. Credit card payments are accepted with a standard processing fee of 2%.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to matt@sydneyprive.com.au.

Within 72 hours of the tour date: 100% cancellation fee applies

Between 72 hours and 7 days of the tour date: 50% cancellation fee applies

More than 7 days before the tour date: 25% cancellation fee applies
Holiday Period (1 December – 31 January)
All cancellations during this period must also be submitted in writing.

Within 14 days of the travel date: 100% cancellation fee

Between 14 and 21 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee

More than 21 days before travel: No fee applies
Note: These cancellation terms may vary for custom or tailored itineraries at Sydney Privé’s discretion.
Booking Amendments
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations. However, we are happy to modify bookings where possible. All amendment requests are subject to supplier availability.

Special event, theatre, or show tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
You may leave a tour anytime by notifying your Sydney Privé Host. However, no refunds or compensation will be offered for unused portions of the tour.
Weather Policy
Unless otherwise advised at the time of booking, all experiences proceed in all weather conditions. Safety is our highest priority. Sydney Privé reserves the right to adjust tour inclusions in the event of adverse weather.
Tour Inclusions
Tour itineraries may be adjusted on the day to better suit guests or unforeseen conditions. All inclusions will be honoured; however, the order or timing may vary.
If a planned inclusion is unavailable, Sydney Privé reserves the right to substitute a similar inclusion of equal or greater value. Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
Liability & Risk
The Client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with participating in Sydney Privé experiences, including exposure to natural environments and wildlife.
By booking, the Client releases Sydney Privé, its staff, and its suppliers from all claims or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participation in any tour.
Medical Conditions
Clients are responsible for assessing their own health and medical readiness for the tour. It is advised to seek appropriate medical advice regarding vaccinations, medications, or any health precautions.
Special Needs & Requests
Clients must inform Sydney Privé in writing of any special needs or requests at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee fulfilment.
If we cannot meet undisclosed special needs, Sydney Privé reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund. Any extra costs associated with fulfilling special needs or requests will be communicated in advance and charged accordingly.
