Although the menu can change seasonally at the time when we dined at Bennelong we could find truly Australian produce from Macleay Valley suckling pig to Lady Elliot Island bugs, King George whiting, wagyu beef, Holmbrae chicken and Flinders Island saltgrass lamb. Not to mention turning a classic Australian dish, pavlova, into a tribute to Bennelong’s incredible setting inside the Opera House sails.
