Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking your tour. Payment secures your tour date/s with Sydney Privé.
Cancellation and Modification Policy*
All cancellations must be given in writing to matt@sydneyprive.com.au
• Within seventy-two (72) hours of tour date – 100% cancellation fee
• Inside seven (7) days but outside 72 hours of tour date – 50% cancellation fee
• Outside seven (7) days of tour date – 25% cancellation fee
Holiday Period Bookings and Cancellation Policy *
The Holiday Period is deemed as 1 December – 31 January. All cancellations must be given in writing to matt@sydneyprive.com.au
Cancellation clause is as follows:
• Within seven (7) days of travel date – 100% cancellation fee
• Seven (7) to fourteen (14 days) outside 72 hours of travel date – 50% cancellation fee
• Outside fourteen (14) days of travel date – no fee applies

At Sydney Privé we are committed to providing the highest quality tours and services. We do not refund if you change your mind. We are happy to modify bookings if necessary. All date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; Sydney Privé cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request. When cancelling or modifying any component of an itinerary, Sydney Privé must abide by our third party supplier’s terms and conditions. When moving dates of a multiple-day itinerary (more than 1 day of touring), Sydney Privé charges a $100 admin fee for each day to be changed. It is not possible to change or modify a special event, theatre or show ticket. Sales of these tickets are final and cannot be amended or refunded once your original purchase is confirmed. You may leave a tour at any time by giving notice to your Sydney Privé Host. You will not be entitled to a refund and Sydney Privé will not be liable for any loss or damage you incur as a consequence of you leaving the tour. You will not make a claim against Sydney Privé for any loss suffered by you due to a cancellation.
Weather Policy
Unless specified at the time of booking, Sydney Privé experiences will run in all weather conditions. Sydney Privé reserves the right to amend tour inclusions due to bad weather as the safety of our clients is our first priority.
Tour Inclusions
Sydney Privé holds the right to modify an itinerary on the day of touring to suit those touring. All inclusions will be met but exact itinerary flow may change. Tour inclusions are subject to availability upon the time of booking – bookings are best made well in advance. If inclusion is not available, Sydney Privé reserves the right to present suitable replacement options at the same price or similar. Notice will be given in advance should any changes to the set tour occur.
Liability, Risk, Responsibility and Limitation: The Client acknowledges that there are inherent risks involved in participating in any tour, including close contact with native fauna and exposure to the harshness of the wilderness. By making a booking, the Client accepts all risks associated with the tour.
The Client hereby releases Sydney Privé and its respective officers, employees and suppliers from all actions, proceedings, claims and demands that the Client may otherwise have now or in the future against Sydney Privé as a result of or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly the Client’s participation in the tour.
Medical Conditions
It is the Client’s sole responsibility to take all appropriate medical advice prior to departure as to whether the Client is fit enough to undertake the tour and as to the vaccines, medications and other precautions appropriate to the tour.
Special Needs & Requests
The Client must inform Sydney Privé, prior to booking confirmation, of any special needs which, if not met, may adversely affect the enjoyment of their intended journey. If special needs go beyond what Sydney Privé is capable of accommodating and a notice of these special needs were not made in advance, Sydney Privé reserves the right to cancel the tour without refund. The Client must advise Sydney Privé in writing of any special requests, e.g. diet or facility, when the reservation is made. Sydney Privé will, if reasonably possible, arrange for the request to be fulfilled. Any additional costs incurred by Sydney Privé or its suppliers, agents, contractors and service providers in accommodating the special needs and requests of Clients may be charged to the Client. Sydney Privé will inform the Client of any such charges prior to making the necessary arrangements.
